O Starzplay divulgou, nesta quinta-feira (8/4), o trailer da nova série de comédia Run the World, criada por Leigh Davenport (The Perfect Find, Wendy Williams: The Hot Topic, Boomerang), que será produtora executiva ao lado da showrunner Yvette Lee Bowser (Living Single, Black-ish, Cara Gente Branca).

A nova série estreia mundial em 16 de maio.

Ambientada no Harlem, Run the World acompanha um grupo de mulheres negras de trinta e poucos anos inteligentes, engraçadas e vibrantes, que vivem, trabalham e se divertem no Harlem. Enquanto lutam para dominar o mundo, cada uma delas a por altos e baixos na carreira, relacionamentos e desilusões que as fazem reavaliar quem são e para onde estão indo.
