O TCU julgará nesta semana se abre investigação para apurar se a AGU cometeu desvio de finalidade ao advogar para Eduardo Pazuello e ajudá-lo a conseguir no STF o direito de não responder a todas as perguntas em seu depoimento à I da Covid.

Protocolada pelo MP junto ao TCU, a representação afirma que o pedido apresentado pela AGU ao STF poderia configurar uso da máquina pública em benefício particular ao ex-ministro e pede a apuração da participação do advogado-geral da União, André Mendonça, na solicitação.

A equipe técnica recomendou ao TCU que aceite a representação e dê 15 dias para que a AGU envie ao tribunal documentação que motive o pedido feito a favor de Pazuello.
